Window tension rod

My tension rod has fallen down & I can't figure out how to get it out. The number in the picture is that the stamp identification?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the stamp code does not tell us the replacements you'll need. To get started, we would need to see both ends and any fittings used with your balance assembly fully removed from the window. Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

You'll also need 2820 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
