Window will closed but not open

Question

The handle keeps turning and not
Opening the window. Once I push the window it open and I can close but when I want to open it's just turning. Can I fix it ?

Hi there, thanks for writing in. It sounds like the gears might be stripped and a new operator might be in order. It looks like you could have either our 39-031/39-032 or 39-155/39-156.
