Window will not stay open

A landlord from Ventnor, NJ says:
My window will no longer stay up when we open it.
The top window operates normally.
I am not sure what parts I need.
If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you may have the 15-177 pivot shoe which uses the Series 152 coil springs. I recommend you remove your hardware from the window to confirm the specifications match up.

If you have any questions just let us know!
