Window will not stay open.Channel Balances

A quick learner from 60162 says:
The Channel Balances I have are like none I have seen on the internet. Mine look all plastic with a spring inside. The white plastic piece that the 2 springs are in are 32 1/2 inches long and 3 3/8 wide and look like one piece.

Thanks for looking

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't carry the springs or jamb liners in your photos, but we do have the friction shoe, which would be our 15-104. To replace the friction shoe, you first remove both sashes, then carefully remove the vinyl jamb liners. They are held in the window frame by pressure from the sashes. If you do need new springs, then take one of the jamb liners to your nearest millwork and they can replace it with a new set of jamb liners. Thanks for posting!
