Window will not stay up

Thanks for reaching out to us. We sell the 15-177 which appears to be what you have here. This pivot shoe uses the Series 152 coil springs which screw to the side of the shoe. We don't have instructions but we've posted a few videos below that we hope you find helpful. The first video features a different shoe but the principle is essentially the same. The second video will show you how to make a cut out in the window to remove the old hardware.
