Window will not stay up. Both sides, the coil looks snapped.

This balance shoe is a match for the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. While I'm confident this is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove it from the window and compare the dimensions below.

It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, secured using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal to determine the correct coil weight option for your assemblies. If these do not have them, please see the video tutorial below for instructions.

The cover can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
