Window won't stay open with S385-28 (option 2730)

Question

I recently ordered 2 S385-28 (option 2730) for a window. Order #771348.
The window opens easily, but doesn't stay all the way open. It slides back down 2-3 inches.
The original channel balances had the following number on
27 4 BSI 06

We apologize that this didn't work out for you. It sounds as though you need to move up on the weight option. Take a look at our S385-28 with weight option 2740, this should hold your window up. Please compare and see if this will work for your window. Thanks!
