Window wont stay up (Believe this is a patriot window) not sure

Question

Hi I am needing help ordering parts for two of these windows both with the same problems staying up. I need (4) counter sash balances, (2) left, and (2) right. Also (4) spiral balances total. I have only these three pictures and the information given to go off of for a client that needs these fixed as I am an office assistant and have to find the correct parts to go with these windows. If anyone can please help me confirm that this is a Patriot window or isn't, and help me get the correct parts to accommodate this problem with such little information given that would be great, Thanks!

Many vinyl window companies use the same balance system,so we can't be sure this is a Patriot window. That being said, the pivot shoe you're looking for could be our 15-046 and the spiral balances are our Series 600. We will need the length of the balance tube when ordering and the color nylon bearing. Yours appear to look red. We also suggest purchasing our 75-006 charging tool to make the installation easier.
