Window and spring parts

Quick Learner from San Diego
Hi
i I need a couple of the window balances to my Viking window, along with the window piece that screws into the window and catches on the balance. The black plastic end cap would be nice too

Hello, thank you for posting,

We should be able to assist with new channel balances, but to further review, can we see a clearer view of the top attachment and a side profile view of the bottom attachment?

Unfortunately the top sash guide is too damaged to identify. Do you have a less damaged version on the other side of the window or an identical window where we can see a face on view? Thank you!

Thanks for your help!  Here's the little end brackets o need on the top of the Viking window. It would be great if you can send a link to purchase the balances and end caps. Thanks again!

Thank you!   Here's a few more pics. Turns out the "end cap" is part of the top window bracket.

Thank you,

I cannot get a clear look at the top balance attachment while installed, but if it is non-winged like the bottom, please review the Series 351 or Series 390. The main difference is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. Compare to your original to confirm the correct series.

If the top attachment is winged, review the Series 395 instead.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 23" long and you will need a 2240 stamp option.

For the top sash guide, please start by comparing style and dimensions of the 18-009, 18-199 and 18-166. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
