Your pivot shoe looks similar to our 15-199, which is designed to work with our Series 160 coil spring. Since your sash won't stay up, it sounds like either the coil spring broke or got disconnected. If the pivot shoe isn't damaged you probably just need to replace the spring. See what you think.
