Hello, Robert. We can definitely supply these parts for you. Before I recommend anything, though, I'd like you to tell me the exact diameter of the balance's outer tube and the exact thickness of the shoe. If you write out those two dimensions for me it will ensure that the parts I recommend will fit in the track.

Please note that you should remove them from the window before you measure. You don't want to try to get those sizes while the parts are still installed because they will likely not be accurate.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm afraid those aren't the dimensions needed to ID these. For the balance we need the diameter, which should be either 3/8" or 9/16". And for the shoe we need the thickness. Those aren't measurements I can eyeball from a photo unfortunately so you will have to measure them as carefully as you can and see what you can get.

Once you can get those numbers for me I can make my recommendations.
