Hello,

I need to replace a few parts across two of the same windows. First, the top latch came off and now my window will not lock. The second parts are for the right and left side of the window that keeps the window up (and there's a latch to lock to the side).

Do you happen to carry these parts?

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-102 carrier and the Series 145 coil springs. As for the lock replacement, you may be able to use our 90-252 latch and 90-253 cover. Look them over and see what you think. Thanks for posting!

thanks! how do I know how much lb I need? Is it based on the weight of the window?

There should be a stamp at the base of each coil that will tell you the spring tension you need. If not, you can always weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the total number of coils in the window to choose the correct strength options.
