NFRC100/200/300/301 Single Hung Series NC1800J. 1998 installation by builder.
I think the plastic foot/feet need to be replaced. Each time we tilted a window to compare it to the broke one, the plastic foot broke. The tip of the balance rod in one window also broke off. What are the correct part numbers to order.

Sounds like you need a new pivot shoe. We sell the 15-046, which is very similar to yours, but you should triple check to ensure that your thickness is also 1/2".
