Windows balance double roller tilt. 9 and 7

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the S161-09 assembly to yours. It looks like your balance assembly supports 19 pound on both sides, so you would also need to use the S180-10 coil spring with the 15-086 housing. See the dimensions and diagram below to confirm.
