I have this currently, but i am not sure if this is S385, S390, or S395.
It's 1/2" width, 21" metal to metal, on the meter bar it says 20(I guess that is for the option 2020?)
1.1 inches on bottom bracket.
I current choose this, could you confirm if it's correct. I attached a few photos.

Hi there!

Your balance isn't the S380, S385, or any of the stock balances on our website. The tell-tale is the connection clip in your fourth photo which our balances lack. We can still assist but this must be a custom order. There should be another number after the 20 in your stamp though. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? That will allow us to confirm the correct stamp option.

Hello Emily:
Thanks for helping. It has been raining in California last 2 weeks so i didn't get a chance to weight the sash. I finally took the window sash apart and weight it. It's around 11 pounds, so i believe it's 2020 which will accomandate 8-12 lbs.
So i believe it's S385-21 Option: 2020 will work fine. Please suggest if otherwise.

I'm afraid the Series 385 can't replace your balance due to the spring connection shown in your fourth photo. With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is also a 5-6 week lead time.
