Windows balances

Question

I have 7 windows 36wx55h, the balances are 26 1/2 long by 1/2 wide, it weighs 20lbs.
I have 3 windows 28wx36h, the balances are 16 1/2 long by 1/2 wide, it weighs 10lbs.
The windows are single hung tilt and the balances channels are 3/4 wide by 5/8 deep.
I also need pairs of left and right latches closers for all, they are 2 3/4 by 3/4.
Windows are in excellent shape otherwise.

Hello,

Your old-style crossbow balances are no longer available but you may be able to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances by following the video below. Just make sure to confirm that the diameter of your balance spring measures 1/2". Take a look and see what you think.

As for the tilt latches, the 26-243 and 26-244 would be a good place to start. Review the specifications below compared to your original latches. Thanks for posting!
