Windows channel balancer

Question

I need a non-tilt balance.The width is 1/2 in. The length is 20inches. I believe the model I need is the s385 as the heel to toe measurement is slightly more than an inch.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Since your balances do have a winged top and winged bottom, it could be likely you have the S385-20 but you'll need to be sure to double check the shoe depth. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that from the photos.

I believe you may need the 1940 stamp option, but it would be a good idea to confirm that you sash weight falls between 14 to 17lbs.
