Windows component replacement

Question

I need this component replaced on my window. Here are some pictures. The weight of the window is 32 lbs. The depth of the coil is 1/2 inch. The number of the coil is 6 with the screw above it or 9 the other direction. I have more pictures

I believe our 15-180 pivot shoe can replace your old hardware. This is compatible with the Series 190 coil spring. However, the weight of your sash is exceptionally heavy. Can you tell me how many springs are used on each side of the sash? If the stamp reads "6" then I would bet it's 3 on each side. Since each spring would can carry 6 pounds, that'd be a total of 36 pounds of support. See our S190-640. In case that is too strong for your sash, you could consider the S190-540 instead, for 30 pounds of support.
