Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator looks a lot like our 39-027E (its opposite is part 39-028E). Look over the dimensions and compare them to your original operators to confirm that this is the right replacement.

The are compatible with the 39-114L non-folding and 39-205 folding crank handles.

The hinge you are searching for is similar to our 36-048. Compare the dimensions and see if it will work for you. Keep in mind, you will need to change both the top and bottom hinge and these can be used for both the left and right sides of the window.
