Windows keep falling down, cant stay open, it seems the failing part goes on the side of the window?and connects to the removable bottom part of the window ( the one that goes up and down when opening) that part also seems to be failing

Your pivot shoe looks like the 15-087. The S180 coil springs are sold separately, but you can reuse the old spring as long as it's not broken.

As for the pivot bar, take a look at the 26-040 and 26-083. You will have to remove an undamaged version to confirm the specifications and determine the best match.
