Windows not staying open

I have vinyl windows and a few of them aren't staying open because these clips broke. I can't find them anywhere and don't even know what they are called. Do you have any recommendations?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm confident we can replace the balance shown here but I'll need more information to help me narrow down some options. Would it be possible for me to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window? I specifically would like to see the shoe that goes with it.

This is the complete system removed which I think was already fixed but the bott is at the bottom and it's the top piece in the original image that has broken. The original image is in a window that still works

Thank you for the additional photos! They're a huge help. As long as the spring diameter is 1/2" then you can use the Series 795 channel balances. The video below will go over everything you need to know regarding this conversion.
