I am looking three left Hand window and five right Hand window, Please see the picture and give me the detail.

Hey there. Looks like you have either the 39-031 and 39-032 dual-arm operators, or the 39-155 and 39-156. It depends on the arm length. See below. For a cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107.

Need three left and two right hand and the small bar which is attached to window, small metal piece, 4-3/8 eight inch C, attach picture, thank you

That sounds like a good match for our 39-031 and 39-032 . These would be my top recommendations based on the information provided. Note that for this particular operator, the manufacturer does not measure from the center of each hole in the arm, but end to end.
