Your photos resemble the 15-177 pivot shoe, which is used with the Series 152 coil springs. We also offer the 26-030 pivot bar that is similar to yours. Look over these parts and see what you think.

As for your tilt latch, unfortunately, the part shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. If you could show us an intact part from the other side or an identical window, we can go from there. Thank you!
