Windows replacement parts - Unknown window type

Question

Need some replacement parts as window will not function properly. It will open and close but when you take out the bottom part to clean etc is where I am having issues getting it to snap shut. Thanks you.

Hello!

The crossbow balances in your photos are no longer available but as long as the springs have a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances. Thank you!
