Windows spring

Question

I need to replace 3 windows spring, it's not holding; some not open. The windows h 36", please help me find the replacement, thanks.

Hey there. Looks like you need spiral balances for a non-tilt window. Can you tell us the diameter of the outer tube. Would there be any way to show us the shoe or bracket at the bottom of the spiral rods? That would start to narrow this down.
