Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the jambliner spring balance you are searching for. Since this is a wood window, you'll need to reach out to a local millwork in your area that might be able to supply you with a replacement for it. Our sincerest apologies that we could not be of more help with this part of your repair.

We do have a replacement for the shoe connected to the bottom of the spring. It is the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that is a match.
