The shoe in your window track appears to be the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. These are compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" wide Series S165 Coil Balance. To determine the correct match for your assembly, you'll need to measure the width of the coil.

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal to determine the correct spring replacement. Take a look at the video tutorial below for a detailed explanation.
