Windows will not stay up

A quick learner from Iowa says:
I have older windows in my home and many of the windows will not stay up when open. There is no numbers or identifiers on the window parts. I believe I need new springs or the whole unit. Can you help me identify the parts in the pictured shown.

Hello,

Unfortunately, our company does not carry replacement jamb liners or naked balance springs. The only part of this assembly that we carry would be our 15-104 friction shoe. If you need new jamb liners, a local millwork may be able to assist you if you are working on wood windows. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
