Windows wont go up

I have 2 windows that has a broken balance shoe on each side.
I will be needing 4 replacements shoes in total for both windows and am guessing that I will also need 4 new balances and noted the red coloring

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see the original pivot shoe removed from the window channel with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can determine the best math from our selection.

For the spiral balance, you could have either the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube or the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube. You will need to measure the diameter and length of the tube to determine the correct series.

Thank you for the additional information,

It is harder to get accurate dimensions from pictures, but please double check the depth as it appears closer to a 1/2" instead. If so, please review the 15-046 pivot shoe below.

My bad..... operator error ... it is closer to 1/2
So now I can just order with the parts that you have shown??
