Windows won't stay open

Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to match the Series 795 channel balance. Based on your fourth photo, it looks like you'll need the 15-195B open cam shoe. This T-lock shoe is sold separately, so you'll have to pop it onto the balance as shown in the video below.

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and how the balance installs to the top of the window?

As for the latch, the 26-393A comes to mind, but we recommend you remove the old one and compare the specifications to ensure they align.
