Wings for Channel Balance 2730?

Hi Swisco,

I'm looking to replace both channel balances for my bedroom window. Everything I've read suggests I need a 15-004 channel balance shoe (1 & 3/32") and a 28" channel balance (my current one says BSI 2730 on it). That particular shoe has wings. However, my current shoe does not have wings. Do I need a non-winged version, or will that not matter? The entire assembly that I think I'd need looks like your S385-28, apart from the wings.

Lastly, I need two new top sash guides. I found a tiny little number on it: 200-823. I've included pictures of all my existing stuff. Thanks in advance!

Good afternoon, Mike. Thanks for posting!

I think your bottom shoe would be closer to our 15-001, since it does not have wings and because it measures over 1". It's possible that it has just been worn down a bit from use. Since your top attachment is also non-winged, I think you should take a look at our S390-28 and consider it as a possible replacement.

As for the top sash guide, I can't be sure what it is without knowing its dimensions. Please look through our Top Sash Guide category on our site and see if you can match it up to anything. If not, let me know what the measurements for your own top sash guide is and we can work from there!
