Winnova window balance cam

A home owner from Chicago Illinois says:

Hello. I have a couple of Winnova double hung windows with broken cams> It's the part that rotates so you can lift the windows out. I haven't been able to find anything searching the internet and the windows are older(were in the house when we purchased 10 years ago),

appreciate any help you can provide

Hello,

Unfortunately, the metal cam is not available separately but your pivot shoe does resemble our 15-129. I would recommend removing our shoe from the window to compare to the width and thickness shown below. Thank you!

Yes, that's it for sure the dimensions match up perfectly to the one I just took out of the window. Thanks I'll get an order together.

The pivot shoe that you removed from the window actually looks different than the one shown in your original photo. The uninstalled shoe actually looks closer to the 15-188 shown below.

A home owner from Chicago Illinois says:
Original picture was the left side which was still working. I took the broken on out of the right side of the same window. The width dimension seems to match the 9/16ths not the 1/2 inch on the 15-188? I wonder if someone changed in the past and that's why they are different?
I'll look at another window now broken and see if I can find a matching working pair/part.

Thanks for your help

I agree that it sounds like someone probably tried to repair the window with parts that they had on hand instead of finding exact replacements. If you have another identical window in the house with the original hardware, that will help you confirm the correct match.

Please note that we also carry the 15-178 with a depth of 17/32".
