Wish to add outside key to paella slider

Have older pella slider would like to add exterior key ability if possible

Hello there. The mortise lock might be our 82-218. Please compare the dimensions to confirm. If so, we do not carry this exact handle set, but our handle sets with 3-15/16" hole spacing like the 82-030 could work as a replacement. You may have to drill new holes to install it. Take a look and see what you think. You also could adapt the 82-310 Key Lock to the outside pull. This blog article here explains how.
