Hi,
I have two wood Caradco casement windows that have stripped cranks. On the left window, the hardware part #s are 20755 and 40664 and the on the right window, the hardware part #s are 20755 and 30841. I was wondering what parts I need in order to make the windows operate properly again. Do I also need a new crank handle on each window? Please let me know and I will place the order. Thanks!

Jim

Thank you for posting, Jim! Please take a look at our 39-155 and 39-156 and match them to your own hardware. Do you think these might work for you? If you aren't sure, please submit a few pictures of your cranks as removed from your windows for us to take a look at.
