Window won't stay open. The turquoise plastic holders for tension springs cracked and broke off. Need to replace the plastic holders.

Can you help find the parts? Thanks Bill

Thanks, Bill. I think this might be a friction shoe of some kind. We don't carry a great variety of these, but see our 15-104 and let me know if you could use this as a replacement.
