Wood window broken sash holders

Handy Person from Yrone, GA
I am trying to repair a customer's set of wood windows from the 1980's. Brand is unknown. Attached is a picture of the plastic clips that have broken off therefore the windows will not stay up and is hard to raise.
Can you identify the parts needed to fix these? I need to repair about 20 windows with two sets of clips per window. What info do you need from me to identify the parts?

The shoe looks like our 15-104 Friction Shoe; however, I am afraid we can't replace the other components in this type of system. This is a jamb liner system, where the naked springs are literally part of the jamb liners themselves. If you contact a local mill work, they should be able to replace these for you.
