On the current channel it is stamped with 17 1 HP Caldwell. From another site I was able to determine that is is most likely a CMC 5/8" non tilt bock and tackle. Caldwell Series 86BT

Hi, Neal. It looks like you have a Series 395 channel balance which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. Just make sure your top and bottom nylon fittings match up with ours.
