Wrong lock

Question

Next to the ruler is my old lock that froze up. The other one is what I received today from you. The keeper is also the wrong size. My old lock is a double hook lock. What I received is 82-239 a multi point mortis. I was going by the dimensions from your website. But couldn't find a lock exactly like mine. Can you tell me if you have what I need and also be able to return the wrong lock? Thanks.

Take a look at the 82-265. This has the same body as the 82-239, but has a face plate like your old lock did. Would this be a better match? Look over the dimensions to see. At any rate, we often find customers need a new keeper with this lock--see the 82-249.
