Sorry to hear the Series 770 Balances didn't work out for you. Judging from the photo you sent, I think you should take a look at our Series 795 Channel Balances. Be sure to measure the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachment, to determine the balance length you need. To know what balance length you need, look for a stamp code on the metal channel.
The Series 795 Channel Balance comes installed with the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe; measure the width of your shoe to make sure it is 1-1/4", which matches the 15-195. If it is 1" instead, you will want to purchase our 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe, which is sold separately. Let us know if you have any questions.
