Wrong size shoe, order # 231748

Hello, I ordered 4 items and apparently ordered a wrong size.

Please view attached pictures and help me determine the correct size to match my original.

Also, are you able to forward to me a copy of the original I voice? I'd like to see what size I actually ordered, I thought I had measured and ordered correctly.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid our department can't forward invoices but it looks like you ordered the S380-29. It appears your original shoe is wingless, whereas the Series 380 has a winged bottom shoe. Furthermore, it's hard to get accurate dimensions from a photo of a tape measure. It appears it may be over an 1" though. May we see a photo of the top fitting as well?
