Thanks for writing in. I agree, unfortunately this is not the S350-27. See our Return Policy here. You need a balance that has winged fittings on both ends: see either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balance Series is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. The image below illustrates the difference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2640.
