Hey Mike. For the coil balance system, I believe you have a 15-111 Pivot Shoe and 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil balances. Check the width of the coil springs just to be safe. For a spring stamped #4.5, use the S160-04 4.5 pound spring. For the tilt latches, see if the 26-475 match what you have. Let me know if you have questions.
