I don't know if these photos are enough to have you identify the replacement coils I need, but would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Sure, these pictures are perfect, actually. It looks like you have the 15-177 shoe, which in turn works with our Series 152 coil spring. You'll need the stamp on the old spring to determine which option is best here. The covers we have are different from yours, but if you can't reuse what you have you could consider our 15-144 bushing cap.
