Thank you kindly for waiting during this busy season. We can help with this via custom order. We'll take the S795-28 with the 28C stamp and swap out the default screw tab for the 15-198 hook. You won't be able to use the default shoe that comes with the balance, however. You'll need the 15-194 shoe instead, which has a closed cam like your old one. As for the pivot bar, the 26-360 looks like a match but review the specifications and see what you think. This pivot bar and the 15-194 shoe aren't included in the purchase link we're sending you, so don't forget to add the needed quantity to your cart separately. 

With that said, I'll email you a purchase link for (26) balances made to the specifications mentioned above. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. The T-lock shoe in your photo has a closed cam, not an open cam. I'm unsure if you're saying that the shoe pictured isn't original to the window.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a version of the 15-194 with an open cam if that's the case. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. 

The shoe pictured in your initial post has a closed cam. Please see the photo below. The arrow is pointing to the back wall of the cam. If this were an open cam shoe, the back wall wouldn't be there, and you'd be able to see right through it. See the 15-195B for example, which has an open cam. 

We don't sell a 1" T-lock shoe with an open cam, unfortunately. The 15-194 is the best we can offer.
