please note the bend in the attachment arm. there are three mounting holes and it is a right hand crank

Start by looking at our 39-193 and 39-194. This set of operators have a similar offset in the link arm, and a similar hole spread; but you'll need to remove one of your operators and compare to confirm all the specifications we list match. Let me know if anything at all differs.
