Hello, This looks mostly like your product, 39-193. However, the offset arm extension distance between hole centers is closer to 2 1/2 inches. There are no marking on the cranks. This Florida house was built in 1967. I believe the hole is 3/8 of an inch wide but there is only one hole at top and two at bottom.
