awning window hardware, replacements needed

Question

the numbers are on the bottom piece shown in photo. I believe the window manufacturer was Atrium; they are about 12 years old now.

I need to replace 6 of the arm operators. they have become corroded, and in one case the rivet in the arm sheared off

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your awning operator reminds me of the 39-239B and 39-239C Encore Awning Operators. Since yours was damaged due to corrosion, I would suggest using the stainless steel 39-239C. This is designed specifically for coastal applications.
