bad handle/latch need replacement

Question

Cannot find a model # but handle/latch belongs to our sliding glass door.  Only info says "Reflectolite Product, Sun Valley CA" on it.  House built in 1990, so from that timeframe.  The handle has loosened and cannot be tightened any more.  Would really like to know if there is a replacement available.  Can you help?

Take a look at the 82-005 surface mounted handle set, as well as the related installation video, and compare the specifications to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
