balance assembly unit Simonton

Question

This is for a 2004 Simonton Double Hung Window. I added an image of the serial number from the window.Both balance assemblies are cracked on the window.

It looks like you might have our 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 160 and Series 165 coil springs, but I can't be sure. You'll need to remove yours from the window to see if our dimensions match up to the original hardware.
