balance clip?

I have older wood double hung windows and there is no markings anywhere on who the manufacturer is. I have a few broken plastic balance part that the spring hooks into for the lower tilt sashes. I have attached a picture of one that is complete and not broken. I am not sure what the part name would be? Please advise. Thanks
